You create the time to work on something that you value, whether it is friendship, work or education.
Your determination about what you create your time for reflects what you are prepared to achieve.
Nothing just happens without your investment towards it, it might be quitting on the dream or plan you have or talking a lot about it while doing nothing about it or getting up to do something about it regardless of what you have or do not have.
Progress will occur once you decide to get up and do something about it regardless of the conditions and challenges around you.
The question to ask might be how much do you value your dreams, your plans and goals you might want to achieve? How far are you prepared to invest towards your dreams, plans and goals?
