How do you deal with weakness?

Is it easy to talk about weaknesses? In addition, when you talk about them what are you expecting from talking about them?

Do you talk about them to feel good, or you talk about to get help on may be turning them into your area of strength?

Do not just talk about it without turning it into motion as well as your area of strength.

When your weakness is quitting look for a way forward to develop a pursuing and executing attitude.
