The best way of saying things is leading by example whatever you might be trying to tell someone.
Someone once talked about, "show me do not tell me". How often do you tell people what to do yet you do not show them in case they do not know how to get it done?
How often do you delegate things and not get involved on the progress as well as the development?
I have noticed people who do nothing to assist you as you do what they told you, when there is a mess done, they tend to get angry about what happened while blaming people who would have tried their best to fix the problem or challenge while they did nothing about it.
Do not just say the solution while not being part of it, because someone might not do the right thing since he or she might not have the passion you might have when you got or noticed the solution.
