Why do we say I will do that later while watching television or doing something that is not productive?
How are we able to act now about things we would say I would do that later? Are we balancing our time and effort towards what we could be doing progress wise?
What did we replace the moment we started giving excuses about things we could be doing?
The moment we notice what we are able to do while doing something about it that is the moment we learn to say what we are able to do.
As a result, we become action minded while expecting progress or development on what we would have started.
Someone once said a habit develops when you do it daily for 21 days. Excuses or effort takes 21 days to become your area of strength as well as passion.
