Running away is not the solution

Running away from someone or something is not the solution, stop and work out a plan on how to deal with it.

Once you have a plan, use it while developing solutions and progress on what might be causing you to run.

Always deal with the root cause of what is making you feel like running.

As a result, find a root solution toward the root cause of what you are trying to run away from.
